PT Provident Investasi Bersama Tbk (PALM), formerly known as Provident Agro, was established as a joint venture between PT Saratoga Sentra Business and PT Provident Capital Indonesia, established on 2nd November 2006. The company’s main business was in palm oil before shifted its focus to investment business in 2022. It changed its name in the same year. Through its subsidiary, the company invests in PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk, a mining company with sites located in Bayuwangi and Wetar Island.
