1. Approval to invest in a limited liability company, PT Bank Nationalnobu TBK, in the form of assets (Inbreng)
2. Delegation of authority to Board of Directors with the rights of substitution to carry out all necessary actions related to the transaction, including the necessary documents, being present before the authorised party/official including a notary, submitting applications to the authorised party/official and registering it in the company’s list as referred in the applicable laws and regulations.
