Referring to the Stock Exchange Announcement No: Peng-SPT-00002/BEI.PP1/02-2022, Peng-SPT00004/BEI.PP2/02-2022, Peng-SPT-00004/BEI.PP3/02-2022 dated February 22, 2022, regarding the securities trading suspension of PT Multi Agro Gemilang Plantation Tbk, with the consideration to the paid penalty on not to be held the Annual Public Expose 2021, Indonesia Exchange has decided to revoke the temporary suspension of the trading securities of the company in Regular and Cash Market, starting from the second trading session on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.

The Exchange suggests to all interested parties to always pay attention to all information disclosed by the company.
