Plan of proceeds usage

• The proceeds from PMHMETD II, after deducting issuance costs, will be used entirely by the company as working capital in extending credit to customers.
• In the event that the Company will carry out a transaction using PMHMETD II proceeds and the transaction is an Affiliated Transaction and a Conflict of Interest Transaction as well as a Material Transaction and Changes in Business Activities, the company will comply with the provisions stipulated in OJK Regulation No. 42/POJK.04/2020 regarding Affiliated Transactions and Transactions with Conflicts of Interest and OJK Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 regarding Material Transactions and Changes in Business Activities.
• In accordance with OJK Regulation No. 30/2015, the company will submit a report on the proceeds usage of PMHMETD II to OJK until all proceeds of PMHMETD II have been realized and accounted at the company's Annual GMS. Proceeds usage reports submitted to OJK will be prepared periodically every 6 (six) months with report dates of June 30 and December 31 until all proceeds from PMHMETD II have been completed. The company will submit the report no later than the 15th of the following month.
