The company will submit the report no later than the 15th of the following month. If in the future the company intends to change the plan to use the PMHMETD III proceeds, the company need to report the plan to the OJK by stating the reasons and considerations, and the change in proceeds usage must obtain prior approval from the company's shareholders at the GMS. The company will follow the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations, especially in the capital market sector. |
