Plan of proceeds usage

1. Around Rp 76,000,000,000 (seventy six billion Rupiah) will be used for repayment of the principal of the financing loan to PT Woori Finance Indonesia Tbk (formerly PT Batavia Prosperindo Finance Tbk).
2. The remaining proceeds from the PMHMETD I, after deducting costs issuance and the payment of the principal financing debt to PT Woori Finance Indonesia Tbk (formerly PT Batavia Prosperindo Finance Tbk) amounting to Rp 76,000,000,000 (seventy-six billion Rupiah) are as follow:

• Approximately 50% (fifty per cent) for the company's working capital, namely for vehicle repairs and purchase of spare parts. This is part of the company's short-term funding needs.
• Approximately 50% (fifty per cent) for the company's capital expenditure, namely for the purchase of new fleets of both passenger cars and commercial cars.
