In connection with the non-fulfillment of obligations of PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk and the uncertainty over the continuity of the company's business, the Exchange has decided to temporarily suspend the trading securities of the Company in all markets starting from the first trading session on April 14, 2023, until further announcement of the Exchange.

The Exchange suggests to all interested parties to always pay attention to all information disclosed by the company.
