In connection with PT Indosterling Technomedia Tbk. (TECH), which has not provided Information Disclosure in response to the request for clarification from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (Bursa) and has not attended the hearing organized by Bursa, Bursa holds the view that there is doubt about the Company's going concern. Bursa has decided to halt the securities trading of PT Indosterling Technomedia Tbk. (TECH) on all markets, effective from the first trading session on January 9, 2024, until further notice from the Exchange.

The Bourse requests stakeholders to pay attention to and carefully consider all forms of information disclosure provided by the Company.
