Referring to Exchange Announcement Peng-SPT-00028/BEI.WAS/03-2024 dated March 4, 2024, regarding the Temporary Suspension of Shares and Series I Warrants Trading of PT Indo Boga Sukses Tbk. (IBOS & IBOS-W), and based on the assessment, it is hereby announced that the trading shares suspension of PT Indo Boga Sukses Tbk.
