Based on the letter from PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) number KSEI-2529/DIR/0524 dated May 15, 2024, regarding the Postponement of the 20th Interest Payment and Principal Settlement of the Waskita Karya III Sustainable Bonds Phase IV Year 2019 Series B (WSKT03BCN4), it is informed that the 20th Interest Payment and Principal to holders of the WSKT03BCN4 Bonds through the Account Holders, which was scheduled for May 16, 2024, has been postponed.

In order to maintain orderly, fair, and efficient trading of securities, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has decided to temporarily suspend trading of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk securities on all markets starting from the second trading session on May 16, 2024, until further notice.

The Exchange requests all interested parties to always pay attention to the information disclosure provided by the Company.
