    Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS)     

1. Approval of the Company's Annual Report and ratification of the Company's and Subsidiaries' Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, as well as the Report on the supervisory duties of the Company's Board of Commissioners during the 2023 financial year.     
2. Approval of the allocation of the Company's net profit for the financial year ending December 31, 2023.     
3. Approval of the appointment of an Independent Public Accountant Firm to audit the Company's Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year 2024.     
4. Determination of salaries/honorariums and allowances for members of the Company's Board of Commissioners and Directors for the financial year 2024.      

Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS)   

1. Approval of amendments to Article 11 paragraph (12) of the Company's Articles of Association to comply with the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies.     
2. Approval of amendments to Article 12 paragraphs (5) and (11) of the Company's Articles of Association to comply with the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material Transactions and Changes in Business Activities and Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions.      
3. Approval of amendments to Article 17 paragraph (6) of the Company's Articles of Association to comply with the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 14/POJK.04/2022 concerning Submission of Periodic Financial Reports of Issuers or Public Companies.
