Plan for Use of Funds

• The funds obtained from Limited Public Offering I (PMHMETD I), after deducting issuance costs, will be used by the company for:
• Rp1,460,720,203,850 (one trillion four hundred sixty billion seven hundred twenty million two hundred three thousand eight hundred fifty Rupiah) to finance part of the capital expenditure related to the company's business activities.
• Rp335,456,654,924 to continue the development of the Tamban area.
• Rp15,116,194,000 to purchase equipment including vehicles and their accessories for mining support activities. This includes one unit each of an ambulance, fire truck, and rescue vehicle. The amount covers the total value of the vehicles and accessories, excluding taxes, to be purchased from PT Pundarika Atma Semesta based on the purchase order dated January 18, 2024, with delivery planned for August 2024. Payment for these purchases will be made upon receipt of the vehicles, accessories, and invoice, according to the payment terms agreed with the seller.
