Plan for Use of Funds

• Approximately Rp69,312,625,595 (sixty-nine billion three hundred twelve million six hundred twenty-five thousand five hundred ninety-five Rupiah) will be used for additional capital contributions to a subsidiary, PT Fitra Amanah Wisata (FAW), as follows
• Approximately Rp50,000,000,000 (fifty billion Rupiah) will be used for the development of the Kertajati Umroh Park project in Majalengka.
• Approximately Rp18,488,625,595 (eighteen billion four hundred eighty-eight million six hundred twenty-five thousand five hundred ninety-five Rupiah) will be used for working capital, including but not limited to additional Human Resources (HR) and initial operational costs.
• Approximately Rp824,000,000 (eight hundred twenty-four million Rupiah) will be used as part of the land contribution payment to the Majalengka Regional Government during the construction period of the Kertajati Umroh Park project (2 years), in 2025 and 2026. The annual contribution amounts to Rp403,600,000 in 2025 and Rp420,400,000 in 2026.
• The remaining funds will be used for working capital of the company, such as employee salaries and administrative & general expenses.
