In connection with the significant cumulative price increase in the shares of PT Era Media Sejatera Tbk (DOOH) in the framework of cooling down as a form of protection for investors, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia deems it necessary to temporarily suspend the trading of shares of PT Era Media Sejatera Tbk (DOOH) and Warrant Series I PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH-W) on 31 January 2025.

The temporary suspension of trading of PT Era Media Sejatera Tbk (DOOH) shares is carried out in Regular Market and Cash Market, while the temporary suspension of trading of Series I Warrants of PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH-W) is carried out in All Markets, with the aim of providing adequate time for market participants to consider carefully based on the information available in each investment decision making in PT Era Media Sejatera Tbk (DOOH) shares and Series I Warrants of PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH-W).
