In connection with the significant increase in the cumulative price of PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk (INET) shares, in the context of cooling down as a form of protection for investors, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia considers it necessary to temporarily suspend the trading of PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk (INET) shares and Series I Warrants of PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk (INET-W) on 12 February 2025.

The temporary suspension of trading of PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk (INET) shares is carried out in Regular Market and Cash Market, while the temporary suspension of trading of Series I Warrants of PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk (INET-W) is carried out in all markets, with the aim of providing adequate time for market participants to consider carefully based on available information in each investment decision making in PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk (INET) shares and Series I Warrants of PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk (INET-W).
