1. Letter of PT Kapuas Prima Coal Tbk (the Company) number 004/KPC-TBK/II/2025 dated 12 February 2025 regarding Postponement of Payment of Amortisation Funds & Interest on the 24th (twenty-fourth) Kapuas Prima Coal Bond I 2018 Series E; and
2. Provision III.1.5. Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation Number I-L regarding Securities Suspension,

The Company has postponed the payment of the 12th principal amortisation and 24th interest of the 2018 Kapuas Prima Coal Bonds I (ZINC01E) which should have been effectively paid on 13 February 2025. This indicates that there are doubts over the Company's going concern.

Considering the above and in order to maintain regular, fair and efficient securities trading, Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has decided to temporarily suspend the trading securities of PT Kapuas Prima Coal Tbk (ZINC) in all markets starting from Session I of Periodic Call Auction on 13 February 2025, until further announcement by IDX.

IDX asks all interested parties to always pay attention to all information disclosed by the Company.
