In connection with the announcement of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (‘Exchange’) number Peng-S-00003/BEI.PLP/01- 2025 dated 31 January 2025 regarding the Temporary Suspension of Securities Trading regarding Sanctions for Fulfillment of Free Float Shares as of 31 December 2024 and considering the fulfillment of all obligations of PT Duta Anggada Realty Tbk (‘DART’) which became the cause of the suspension of DART Securities, therefore, the Exchange has revoked the suspension of DART Securities in Regular Market and Cash Market starting from Session 2 of Securities Trading on Monday, 17 February 2025.
