The Company has postponed the principal payment of Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan II Wijaya Karya Phase II Year 2022 Series A (SMWIKA02ACN2) and Bonds Berkelanjutan II Wijaya Karya Phase II Year 2022 Series A (WIKA02ACN2) which are due on 18 February 2025. This indicates a problem with the Company's business continuity.

Taking this into account, Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) decided to temporarily suspend the trading securities of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) in all markets starting from the Pre-Opening of Securities Trading on 18 February 2025, until further announcement of the Exchange.

IDX asks to all related parties to always pay attention to all information disclosed by the Company.
