Based on the Company's Information Disclosure number 095/EXT/DIR/PPRO/2025 dated 5 February 2025 regarding Submission of Information on Payment of Obligations of Shelf Registration Bond II PP Properti Phase I Year 2020 and Provision III.1.5. Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation Number I-L regarding Securities Suspension, we would like to inform you that the Company's securities have been suspended in all markets since 15 October 2024 and 14 January 2025.

In order to maintain regular, fair and efficient securities trading, Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) decided to continue the Temporary Suspension of Securities Trading of PT PP Properti Tbk in All Markets starting from Session I Full Call Auction on 27 February 2025, until further announcement of the IDX.
