Bank Yudha Bhakti converts rights issue into 68,939,600 shares on May 30, 2016
PT. Bank Yudha Bhakti Tbk (BBYB) announced that there has been a conversion of Preemptive Rights (HMETD) into shares with the following details:

In order to implement the Government Regulation (Peraturan Pemerintah /PP) No. 29 of 1999 regarding the shares purchase of General Bank, which says the Bank shares only can be listed in Stock Exchange as much as 99%,then from the implementation of Limited Public Offering I of PT. Bank Yudha Bhakti Tbk, there was 1,233,325,230 shares addition which was not listed in the amount of 12,333,252 registered shares on PT. Gozco Capital, so the total shares not listed was 37,484,852 shares.
Therefore, PT. Bank Yudha Bhakti Tbk now has a total of 3,711,000,378 shares listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the total of HMETD that have not been converted amounting to 275,770,770 shares.
