MESOP Conversion Phase I amounting 95,220 shares
MESOP Conversion Phase II amounting 141,020 shares
Listing date May 30, 2016
Trading date May 30, 2016

Therefore, PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk  now has a total of 13,572,729,550 shares listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange, while the right of MESOP option that has not been converted for Phase I was 996,500 shares and the right of MESOP option that has not been converted for Phase II was 975,150 shares.
