Origin of shares

MESOP Conversion Phase I amounting 38,500 shares 
MESOP Conversion Phase II amounting 25,200 shares
Listing date November 28, 2016
Trading date November 28, 2016

Therefore, PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk  now has a total of 13,573,507,250 shares listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange, while the right of MESOP option that has not been converted for Phase I was 717,500 shares and the right of MESOP option that has not been converted for Phase II was 476,450 shares.
