PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT)  announced that there has been a conversion of Management and Employee Stock Option Plan (MESOP) into shares with the following details:

Origin of shares

MESOP Conversion Phase I amounting 104,000 shares 
MESOP Conversion Phase II amounting 69,200 shares
Listing date December 15, 2016
Trading date December 15, 2016

Therefore, PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk  now has a total of 13,573,709,450 shares listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange, while the right of MESOP option that has not been converted for Phase I was 613,500 shares and the right of MESOP option that has not been converted for Phase II was 378,250 shares.
