Agenda

1. Approval of the amendment to the company's articles of association related to the increase in authorised capital, issued , and paid-up capital of the company to establish limited public offering;
2. Approval of the company's plan to increase authorised capital, issued and paid-up capital through a limited public offering with pre-remptive rights to the listed shareholders on the recording date as many as 13,646,388,139 new shares from the company's portfolio with a nominal value of Rp 250 (Limited Public Offering);
3. Inbreng approval in perpetual securities that can be converted into shares of PT Indonesia Air Asia by PT Fersindo Nusaperkasa (FN) and Airasia Investment Ltd. (No: LL03901) (AAIL) as standby buyers in a limited public offering as capital deposits for all shares not taken part by PT Rimau Multi Investama as the company's shareholders.
4. Approval of perpetual securities conversion into shares in PT Indonesia AirAsia by the Company, which obtained by FN and AAIL.
5. Approval of the divestment of the company's subsidiary, PT Multi Mekar Lestari and PT Rimau Shipping to the company's affiliates, PT Senamas Indonesia, PT Senamas Indo Mulia and Mr. Kevin Yatmiko which will be effectively established immediately after the limited public offering
