Agenda

1. Amendment to Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Company Articles of Association related to the plan to  increase the authorised capital and the series C shares with a nominal value of Rp 100 per share.
2. Approval of Increase in the Company Paid-in Capital through the Limited Public Offering lV (PUT lV) with Pre-emptive Rights (HMETD).
3. Delegation of authority to the Directors of the Company with the rights of substitution to:
   • Establish the Company's PUT IV and conduct all necessary actions to establish the Company's LPO IV.
   • Stated in the Notary deed to amend the Company Articles of Association, related to increase in issued and paid-up capital of the Company, from the proceeds of new shares issuance through the Company's PUT IV, after the shareholders obtained the shares from PUT IV listed in the Company's shareholders list.
