The Exchange decided to delist PT. Lamicitra Nusantara Tbk (LAMI) from the Indonesia Stock Exchange effectively on December 28, 2017.

Furthermore, the delisting process of the Company’s stock as follow:

By removing the Company’s status as a Public Listed Company (Delisting), therefore the Company does not have any responsibility as a Public Listed Company and the Indonesia Stock Exchange will remove the Company’s name from the Public Listed Companies on Indonesia Stock Exchange.
