5. Rp 106,000,000,000 or 29.8% will be used for business development at Target Companies, such as for construction/development costs.LPO proceeds used in the Target Company will be given as a shareholder loan.   
6. Rp. 14,000,000,000 or 3.94% will be used by the Company to: make payments for the Company's obligations to CIMB, and operational costs of Rp. 1,328,000,000
