Relating to the unfulfilled obligation of the provisions of V.1 Stock Exchange Regulation No.I-A, Indonesia Exchange has provided written warning III and penalty, and a deadline to PT. Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) to fulfil the provisions until December 31, 2017.

Based on the foregoing, Bourse has temporarily suspended the GEMS securities trading in Regular Market and Cash Market starting from the first trading session on Wednesday, January 31, 2018.
