• To increase the equity participation in TRBI of about Rp 120 billion or 120,000 shares, which to be used by TRBI to conduct payments related the use of land of 14,850 m2 located in Bukit Permai, Badung, Bali, owned by Richard R. Wiriahardja, as a Hotel location, Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran, until 2033;
• Provide loans to subsidiary, PT. Alam Indah Selaras (AIS), of about Rp. 45,143,100,000;
• Additional working capital of the Company.
