1. Approval of the new shares release through capital increase with pre-emptive rights as referred in the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.32 / POJK.04 / 2015 dated December 16, 2015.
2. Approval of the capital increase without pre-emptive rights (PMTHMETD) as stipulated in Regulation No.38 / POJK.04 / 2014 dated December 29, 2014 regarding the share ownership with the Management & Employee Stock Options Program (MESOP).
3. Delegation of auhority to the Board of Commissioners to make a capital adjustment after the implementation of capital increase with pre-emptive rights (PMHMETD) and capital increase without pre-emptive rights.
