Indonesian Bourse has removed the stock of PT. Dwi Aneka Jaya Kemasindo (DAJK) from Indonesia Stock Exchange and it has been effective since May 18, 2018.

As the revocation status of the Company as a Listed Public Company, the Company no longer has the obligation of it, and Indonesia Stock Exchange will erase the name of the Company from the listed Companies with the shares recorded in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

The approval on the write-off of the Securities Company does not eliminate the unmeet obligations of the Company to the Exchange.

In the event that the Company will re-register its shares in Indonesia Stock Exchange, the Share Listing process can be undertaken no later than 6 (six) months, since the delisting as long as the Company meets the requirements to be re-enlisted on the board of Indonesia Stock Exchange.
