1. Approval of the Capital Increase without Pre-emptive Rights (HMETD).
2. Changes of the Management.
3. Amendment to the Company Articles of Association regarding the Proposal of the Banten Provincial Government, as follows:
   1. The offering of Series A shares of Bank BJB, owned by Banten Province Government, to the other shareholders of series A .
   2. If there are no Series A shareholders are interested, then the Banten Provincial Government proposes to convert the Series A shares owned by the Banten Provincial Government into series B shares in this EGM.
   3. Related to the establishment of a Bank, with the name of Bank Banten, then Banten Provincial Government proposed for Bank BJB to release the name of Banten in the Company Articles of Association.
