Nipress Energy Otomotif (NEO), a subsidiary, where the 99.99% of shares owned by the Company and approve the separation plan following the concept of separation where the Company Automotive battery Division's assets and liabilities will be invested into NEO as the capital injection in the form other than money (inbreng) to the NEO.
