Referring to the letter of PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk. (Company) Ref.No: 028/KIJA-CS/VII/2019 dated July 5, 2019 regarding the information disclosure of the Public Company has a great risk of not being able to carry out the Company's obligations to the Notes holders in the near future, in which there is information that the Company is unable to carry out the purchase offers to Notes holders, then the Company will be in default state, and in order to conduct regular, fair and efficient trading securities, the Exchange has decided to temporarily suspend the securities trading of PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk. (KIJA) in all market starting from the second trading session on Monday, July 8, 2019 until further notice.

At present, the Exchange is in the process on further review of the Company. The Exchange asks to all interested parties to always pay attention to all information disclosed by the Company.
