PT. Acset Indonusa Tbk (ACST) announced that on January 5, 2015, there has been a shares transfer in the Company amounting 200,000,000 shares, or by 40% of the total shares issued and fully paid in the Company from PT. Cross Indonesia and PT. Loka Cipta Kreasi to PT. Supra Karya Perkasa (KSP).

There has been changing on the management over the company after the share transfer.

The purpose of this management was a form of business diversification and expansion of PT. United Tractor Tbk (UNTR) entirely to support the main business activities of UNTR as the holding company KSP.
