Based on the letter of PT. Unitex Tbk (UNTX) Ref. 99/SEC/SHP/PEB-2015 on February 4, 2015, of the Company's plan for becoming a private enterprise (Go Private) and delisting its shares from Stock Exchange, so it has been decided to temporarily suspend the trading securities of the Company in all markets since the first session of trading securities on February 5, 2015 until further notice.

Related to this, Stock Exchange was currently in the process of requesting for further clarification to the Company.
