Based on the letter of PT. Bank Ekonomi Raharja Tbk (BAEK) on February 16, 2015, regarding the Company's plan to become a private enterprise (Go Private) and delisting shares from Stock Exchange, so it has been decided to temporarily suspend the trading securities of the Company in all markets starting from the first session of trading securities on February 17, 2015 until further notice.

Related to this, Stock Exchange was currently in the process of requesting for further clarification to the Company.
