Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk Discloses Information Regarding Capital Increase without Rights Issue
Hereby we inform that the Company intended to conduct the Capital Increase without Pre-emptive Rights (PMTHMETD) by issuing the remaining new shares of the shares deposit (portfolio) amounting 874,849,800 new shares, with the face value of Rp 100, or representing 5% of the issued and paid-up capital of the Company, at the exercise price of Rp1,890.
