Referring to the information on the Application to declare Bankruptcy of PT Sentul City Tbk. (BKSL), as the Respondent in the page of Central Jakarta District Court Case Tracking Information System with the Case Number: 35/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2020/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst. August 7, 2020 and in order to carry out an orderly, fair, and efficient securities trading, Indonesia Exchange decided to suspended the trading securities of PT Sentul City Tbk. (BKSL) in all Markets from the first trading session on Monday, August 10, 2020 until further notice.

Currently, the Exchange is in the process of further review of the company. The Exchange advice to all interested parties to always pay attention to all information disclosed by the Company.
