1.  Approval and ratification of the company's Annual Report, including the company's Consolidated Financial Statements and the Board of Commissioners Oversight Report of the financial year 2020, and to release and discharge of all responsibilities (volledig acquit et de charge) to all Board members for the management and supervision carried out in the financial year 2020.
2. Determination on the use of the company net profit of the financial year 2020.
3. Approval and determination of honorarium and/or remuneration for Board of Directors, determination of honorarium and/or remuneration for Board of Commissioners, as well as tantiem and bonuses for Board of Commissioners, Directors and Employees.
4. Proceeds usage report from the Continuous Public Offering for the Issuance of Shelf Registration Bonds I Hartadinata Abadi Phase II of 2020.
5. Election of a Public Accountant Firm to audit the company Financial Report of the financial year 2021, and authorise Board of Commissioners of the company to determine the honorarium of the Public Accountant and other requirements.

1. Delegation of authority to Board of Directors to make amendment to the articles of association in order to comply with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 15/POJK.04/2020 regarding the plan and arrangement of the General Meeting of Shareholders of a Public Company and the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 16/POJK.04/2020 regarding Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders of a Public Company Electronically.
2. Approval of the delegation of authority from the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) to Board of Commissioners to give approval for the transactions of debt guarantee for all or most of the company's assets, with a value of more than 50% (fifty per cent) of the company’s total net assets in 1 (one) or more transactions, either related to each other or not, and the transactions referred are transactions for the transfer of the company's net assets that occur within the financial year 2021.
