Recently, CIMB Niaga operates the 38th Digital Lounge at AEON Mall Tanjung Barat, which is located on Jalan Tanjung Barat Raya, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. The digital branch office can be visited by the public and customers every day at 11.00-20.00 WIB or following the mall's opening/closing schedule.

Through this new facility, continued Bambang, customers can perform various banking activities independently (self service) on touch screen-based devices. As for information needs, CIMB Niaga's Digital Banking Manager will assist and provide solutions to customers' financial needs.
To attract public interest in using the Digital Lounge, CIMB Niaga is currently offering a savings opening program with an e-voucher prize of IDR 100,000.
