JAKARTA - A number of the members of the board of directors and commissioners of PT Sigmagold Inti Perkasa Tbk (TMPI) has resigned from the company. Until now, the company has not appointed new members to fill the position.
As quoted from the company disclosure, Adriano Wolfgang Pietruschka and Eka Hikmawati Supriyadi resigned from the position of President Director and President Commissioner of TMPI on 5 and 20 November 2019.
"With the fact that there is no support or control from the company's shareholders to management, President Director and Commissioner also submitted their resignation," said Adriano Wolfgang Pietruschka, Corporate Secretary of TMPI.
Previously, Boling Aruan and Erick Harjono had resigned from their position as directors on 7 January 2019 and 31 October 2019 respectively. Meanwhile, the company's commissioners who had resigned were Djulia (1 April 2019) and Yan Biao (21 November 2019). (LK/AR)
