JAKARTA. PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (ADMF) will distribute cash dividends of Rp 1.05 trillion, or 50% of the company's net profit in FY2019 of Rp 2.11 trillion.
The decision was made during the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) which was held on Tuesday (31/3). The value of dividends to be distributed is equal to Rp 1,054.5 per share. The dividends will be paid on 30 April 2020.
In a press conference held today, ADMF explained that all shareholders approved the company's annual financial statements.
In addition, management will set aside Rp 21.1 billion of its net profit as general reserves.
At the AGM, the company's shareholders also approved the appointment of Cingsin Congcar as Commissioner. Congcar replaced Willy Suwandi Dharma, who had resigned. In addition, the shareholders also approved the appointment of 2 new directors, Harry Latif and Jin Yoshida. (KR/AR)
