JAKARTA. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has sent third written warning and imposed a Rp 150 million fine to 30 issuers.
The sanction was given because the had not submitted their financial reports for Q1 2020. In addition, the issuers had not paid the Rp 50 million fine previously imposed by the IDX.
In its official announcement, the IDX said that there were 651 issuers that had submitted their Q1 2020 financial reports. This is equivalent to 81.17% of all the companies listed on the IDX. Meanwhile, 121 companies were not required to submit their financial reports.
