Overview
PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) was established in 1990 under the name PT Panganjaya Intikusuma, a joint venture with Fritolay Netherlands Holding B.V., an affiliate of PepsiCo Inc. It changed its name to PT Indofood Sukses Makmur in 1994, then went IPO. In 1997, it expanded its business integration to plantations, agribusiness and distribution. Currently, it engages in various businesses, including processed food, seasoning, beverages, packaging, cooking oil, wheat grain mills and flour sacks textile manufacturing.
