1. Approval and Ratification of the company's Annual Report of the financial year 2020, including the Activity Report, the Board of Commissioners Oversight Report, Financial Report of the financial year 2020.
2. Determination on the use of the company net profit of the financial year 2021.
3. Proceeds usage report from the public offering.
4. Election of a Public Accountant Firm to audit the company Financial Report of the financial year 2022, and authorise to determine the honorarium of the Public Accountant and the other requirements.
5. Determination of salary/honorarium, facilities, and other allowances for Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in 2022.

 EGMS

1. Approval to obtain loans for facilities to be received by the company from financial institutions, including banks or public, with a value of more than 20% equity and/or 50% of the company's assets or all of the company's net assets, either through the debt securities issuance with or without offerings in accordance with applicable regulations (in the form of debt securities or other forms of debt including subordinated debt and convertible debt/bonds).
2. Approval to provide guarantees of more than 50% (fifty per cent) or all of the company's net assets to obtain loans for facilities to be received by the company from financial institutions, including banks or the public, through the debt securities issuance with or without public offerings in accordance with regulations (in the form of debt securities or other forms of debt including subordinated debt or convertible debt/bonds).
3. Approval of Amendment to Article 3 of the company's Articles of Association to add new business activities of the company; and adjustments to Central Statistics Agency Regulation Number 2 of 2020 regarding Indonesia Standard Industrial Classification.
