Plan of proceeds usage

1. Approximately Rp 2,002,980,000,000.00, will be used to pay off all of the company's promissory notes issued to PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk with fund payment and/or by converting rights into company shares in the takeover of PT Bhakti Coal Resources ( "BCR").
2. About Rp 225 billion will be used as a capital deposit to BMR to invest in business development in the oil and gas sector. BMR is currently evaluating exploration opportunities in Eastern Indonesia, namely the Semai III Block in Papua. BMR has obtained a Business Identification Number (NIB) 0804220034641 issued by the Investment Coordinating Board of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. Currently, BMR carries out business activities in the form of management consulting activities, including investment services.
3. Approximately Rp 441.7 billion will be used as a capital deposit to BCR, which will be passed on to subsidiaries in stages for working capital and business development in coal mining sector. BCR as the Holding Company has obtained NIB: 0712210050386, issued by the Investment Coordinating Board of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.
