• A total of 64,350 (sixty four thousand three hundred and fifty) shares or 99% (ninety nine per cent) of all issued and fully paid shares in PT Pelayaran Karana Line (PKL) based on the price agreement between the company and PSKL using market price reference, assessed by the Corporate Appraisal Services (KJPP) Kusnanto & Partners, according to the report No. 00139/2.0162-00/BS/05/0153/1/VIII/2022 dated August 25, 2022, the market value of PKL is Rp 116.65 billion.
• A total of 17,500,000 (seventeen million five hundred thousand) shares or 70% (seventy per cent) of all issued and fully paid shares in PT Karya Abdi Luhur (KAL) based on an agreement between the company and PSKL using the reference market price assessed by the Corporate Appraisal Services (KJPP) Kusnanto & Partners, the report No. 00140/2.0162- 00/BS/05/0153/1/VIII/2022 dated August 25, 2022 with a market value of all KAL shares in Rp 68.11 billion
• The remainder, after deducting emission costs, will be used for working capital to support the company's operational costs.
