Plan of proceeds usage

All proceeds from PMHMETD I, after deducting emission costs, will be used for the consolidation of SMBR into the company, which was carried out through the participation of the company's shares in SMBR of 7,499,999,999 Series B shares or representing 75.51% of the total issued and fully paid-up capital in SMBR, as a result of Inbreng series B shares owned by the Republic of Indonesia.

In cash will be used as follows:

a. Approximately 88.9% for capital expenditure consisting of:

• Approximately 61.3% for the company's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Circular Economy in 2023 to 2027 including but not limited to the following activities: i) Additional facilities to increase the utilization of alternative fuels. The use of alternative fuels aims to reduce conventional non-renewable fuels (coal) used internally in the slag-making process, as well as to help manage external waste to support the achievement of sustainable development at the national level. ii) Additional facilities to increase the utilization of alternative raw materials. The use of alternative materials aims to reduce the use of mining raw materials, replacing them with B3 industrial waste that can be recycled. iii) Green zone development, is the construction of facilities for waste destruction originating from industrial waste.
• Approximately 27.6% for the company's business development in 2023 including but not limited to the following activities: i) Digital business platform development in realizing the development of a digital ecosystem for company building materials and providing added value to achieve the company's growth. ii) The company business development for building material products.

b. The remaining 11.1% will be to increase the company's working capital including but not limited to energy, fuel, distribution and raw material costs in 2023.
