Based on PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) letter No. KSEI-0440/DIR/0223 dated February 15, 2023 regarding the postponement of the payment of the 15th interest of the Waskita Karya Phase IV 2019 Series B Sustainable Bonds (WSKT03BCN4) and in order to maintain trading securities to be regular, fair and efficient, the Indonesian Stock Exchange decided to temporarily suspend the trading of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk's securities (Shares, Bonds and Sukuk) (WSKT, WSKT03BCN2, WSKT03BCN3, WSKT03BCN4, WSKT04CN1, WSKT03A, WSKT03B, WSKT04A , WSKT04B, SMWSKT01A and SMWSKT01B) in All Markets as of the first trading session on February 16, 2023, until further notice.
